We offer a great wine tasting of Premium wines from Spain, each with identity of the region, the terroir & typicity.
From DO´s like Priorat, Cava, Jerez, Rioja & Valencia the wines all have their own unique character. We dine in a prestigious restaurant overlooking the beach or in Valencia city, 4 courses of innovative mediterranean cuisine. The wine tasting is informal & fun but you will certainly enjoy the experience and learn more about these brand regions & Spains Pago cru estate wines .
The guided Tasting is paired with a selection of Spains finest entres Jamon Iberico , calamar de la playa , gambon , quesos, etc with main course & postre to be enjoyed on your own (at this point without my company) but accompanied with some of the wines just tasted & local DO. Valencia wines.
