Tour-dinner-overnight deluxe experience (min. 5 pers. group)

Enjoy a luxury overnight stay in a boutique winery; former 1905 manor house “Casa Borracha”, now updated with modern comforts & luxury surroundings overlooking the vineyards. Five deluxe double suites decorated with style & elegance within the winery itself are available on a Private group basis. The accommodation offers free wi-fi & all the facilities for a relaxing stay.
A sumptuous salon on the 1st floor has amazing views over vines to contemplate the sunset with a glass of wine! The idea is to relax and spend the afternoon/evening at the winery.

Intro. to winery-

Our Winery, Hispano-Suizas is an innovative “dream project” by well known wine personalities Pablo Ossorio, Marc Grin & Rafael Navarro … hence the coupage bodega name. Producing singular wines & Cava of “Alta Gama ” , their intention is create masterpieces with names like “Imprompto” sauvignon blanc, “Bassus” Pinot Noir or “Tantum Ergo” Cava Rosé echoing classical music…

Hispano-Suiza is located within the comarca of Requena, one of the regions with the longest winemaking traditions. Situated between the Meseta plateau & the Mediterranean at 750m altitude, it allows a climate to produce high quality grapes of pronounced singularities. The plantations are on clay-limestone soils with nine varieties on their 86 hectare estate; 4000 plants per hectare but in the case of the old vineyards of the local Bobal variety it is often just around 1600 plants/hectare.

Leaving earlier at 1000hrs we first *Visit a DO Pago estate; Fully guided tour & Premium tastings of their best wines & long aged Cava Rsva + maridaje charcouteria/cheese & estate olive oil followed by a Restaurant Lunch.

Transport to/from Valencia to the winery/accommodation.
